This Privacy Policy describes how Tivich, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and handles information in connection with our internal social media management tool (the “Tool”). This Tool is a private, internal application used solely by Tivich, LLC to manage and monitor social media accounts owned by Tivich, LLC.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Tool is not a public-facing product. It is used exclusively by authorized personnel of Tivich, LLC to access and manage the company’s own social media accounts on platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. No third-party users access this Tool.

2. Information We Access

To operate the Tool, we access the following data from connected social media platforms via their official APIs:

  • Comments and replies posted on Tivich, LLC–owned social media posts
  • Post metadata (titles, URLs, platform identifiers)
  • Account identifiers for Tivich, LLC–owned accounts
  • Public usernames or display names of users who have commented on our content

We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial data, or any data beyond what is necessary to display and respond to comments on our own content.

3. How We Use This Information

Data accessed through the Tool is used solely to:

  • Display comments from our social media accounts in a centralized dashboard
  • Facilitate timely responses to comments by Tivich, LLC personnel
  • Identify which brand account and post a comment is associated with

We do not sell, share, license, or transfer any data to third parties. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond internal content management.

4. TikTok API Data

Our use of TikTok’s API complies with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Data obtained through the TikTok API is used only to read and respond to comments on Tivich, LLC–owned TikTok accounts. We do not store TikTok user data beyond what is displayed in real time in our internal dashboard.

5. Data Storage and Security

Any data temporarily stored by the Tool is held on secured infrastructure accessible only to Tivich, LLC personnel. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain comment data only as long as needed for internal operational purposes. We do not archive third-party user data long-term. When API tokens or credentials are revoked or the Tool is decommissioned, associated data is deleted.
